Our Bondi Jiu Jitsu Academy  Classes are offered as an exciting and energizing team-building activity for all members of your work places. Team bonding is essential to any group’s productivity and motivation.

What our corporate classes consist of:

  • High level instruction from our Bondi Jiu Jitsu Academy Black Belt Coach

  • 1 Hour of Bondi Jiu Jitsu Academy instruction, team and individual skill games

  • Introduction to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, basic movements, and technical positions

  • Some of the skills covered in our class: rolling, falling, basic ground positions

  • Each participant receives a Free 1 week Class Guest Pass to the gym to visit us in the future
