Feel free to come and train some extra fitness in your own time between 6:00am- 9:30pm. You won’t need to pay extra for any fitness gym anymore!
We have weights, rowing machine, battle ropes, jump rope, fitness ball, pull-up bars, TRX… plenty to get creative and build your own strength and conditioning program for Jiu Jitsu, Striking or MMA.
ALL THIS FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE.
