What this means for your first class

You do not need to arrive confident. That is what the coaching is for.

A good instructor does more than demonstrate techniques. They help you understand where to stand, what to do next and how to learn safely without feeling embarrassed or left behind.

Clear explanations

Techniques are broken down into manageable steps, with time to ask questions.

Safe progression

You begin with fundamentals and build confidence before anything more advanced.

No pressure to prove yourself

Your first class is about learning, not keeping up with experienced students.

Meet the team in person

Your first class starts with a coach who knows you are new.

Tell us a little about your experience and we will help you choose the most comfortable class to begin with.
